Two boroughs, one taxi service
Worcester Park straddles the border between the Royal Borough of Kingston and the London Borough of Sutton, with Central Road running through the middle. Some residents aren't sure which firm covers them. From our base in Tolworth, about ten minutes away, we cover the whole of KT4 on both sides of the border.
Central Road and the station
Central Road is Worcester Park's high street, with cafés, restaurants and independent shops. Worcester Park station, at its northern end, has trains to Waterloo via Motspur Park and Wimbledon. We pick up from the station after evening trains and take residents to it on wet mornings, as well as running shopping trips along Central Road for those who'd rather not carry bags home.
Nonsuch Park and a little further south
Nonsuch Park, with its mansion and wide open parkland, sits a short drive south between Cheam, Stoneleigh and Ewell. We take visitors to the park and to events at the mansion, and cover the neighbouring areas of Stoneleigh and Ewell too.
North to London or south to Gatwick
Worcester Park is close to both the A3 and the roads heading south towards Epsom and the M25. That makes it a good starting point in either direction. Heading north, the A3 leads to central London and the main stations. Heading south, Gatwick is often as quick to reach as Heathrow. If you're booking a holiday, it's worth comparing flights from both.
