Why parents choose a school run service
Work shifts, a second child at a different school, a broken-down car or a school outside the bus routes: there are plenty of reasons the school run doesn't fit a family's day. We run regular school journeys for families across Tolworth and the surrounding areas, so children get to school on time and home again safely.
Setting up a regular run
- Call us with the pickup address, the school, and the days and times you need.
- Tell us about your child, including their age, any child seat or booster needed, and anything the driver should know.
- We set up a repeat booking, and where possible we keep the same driver on each regular run, so your child sees a familiar face.
- Let us know about changes such as inset days, after-school clubs, exam timetables or holidays, and we'll adjust.
Driver checks and licensing
Every driver we send holds a current private hire driver's licence from Transport for London. To get that licence, drivers must pass an enhanced DBS background check, a medical assessment and a topographical skills test, and the licence is renewed periodically. Vehicles must also be licensed and regularly inspected.
Schools we drive to
We run regular journeys to schools and colleges across the area, including Tolworth Girls' School and Tolworth Junior School, schools in Surbiton and Kingston, and Hinchley Wood School in Hinchley Wood. If your child's school is further away, call us to check.
Child seats
Child seats and booster seats are available on request. Tell us your child's age and size when you book so we bring the right one.
